  • Epidemiology monitoring: track emerging disease trends and inform R&D teams on potential new opportunities or risks
  • Patent screening: monitor competitor activities and relevant intellectual property developments
  • Advocacy and representation: represent Animal Health at conferences and industry events, building a strong external network

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in scientific roles within animal health, preferably within different livestock and companion animal species
  • Ability to translate complex science into meaningful insights and opportunities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both scientific and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in an evolving, exploratory environment
  • Broad understanding of vaccine technologies, biologicals, or emerging modalities
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders or disciplines (e.g. R&D, academia, biotech) is a plus

What we offer

The opportunity to leverage your strong leadership, competent project management, and creativity, turning cutting-edge science into validated, actionable opportunities. This role is critical to shaping our future and expanding our livestock and companion animal market presence.

  • Competitive compensation aligned with your knowledge and experience
  • 3% year-end payment and an annual bonus based on individual and company performance
