Your role:

Responsibilities include preparing organoid medium and reagents, maintaining a clean and safe lab, conducting routine tests (e.g., mycoplasma, TOP-FOP), managing stock and shipments, and assisting in basic equipment maintenance. You’ll also help update manuals and contribute to new procedures. Growth paths exist into lab operations or senior technical roles. You’ll report to the Lab Management lead and work with a small, collaborative team.

Who you are:

  • Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team; able to adhere to protocols and safety standards.
  • Experience with AFAS stock management; ability to juggle multiple requests and changing priorities.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Able to receive shipments, organize storage, handle lab documentation, and contribute to writing and updating procedures.
  • Bring accuracy and accountability, and thrive in a collaborative work environment with a mindset of continuous learning and growth in lab operations.
  • You’re motivated to contribute to reliable lab performance and see a clear path toward growing into specialized lab or management roles.
