WWFNL’s Regions team works with country offices, thematic teams and partners to support largescale conservation programs across multiple regions. Fundraising, storytelling and the translation of technical content into compelling donor propositions are key elements of this work.

As an intern, you will support the Asia Pacific portfolio (including Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Solomon Island, Papua New Guinea and the Greater Mekong area) of the Regions team in developing good storylines for fundraising and donor-facing materials such as presentations while gaining insight into international conservation programs and proposal development. You will collaborate with colleagues from both the conservation and engagement departments (communications, studio and fundraising).

What will you be doing?

  • Support development of donor presentations, pitch decks and visual materials.
  • Contribute to drafting and refining fundraising narratives and key messages.

  • Identify strong examples and cases from reports and program documentation.
  • Review technical reports, program documents and monitoring outputs.
  • Support internal proposal reviews.

  2. Data evidence, research results, and quality assurance are in place to ensure the technical accuracy and impact orientation.
  3. Operational and administrative knowledge management support for Fundraising, Communication, Ocean and Forest Biomes, Asia Pacific Region is provided.
