As a Solution Consultant within the PostNL Consumer App team, you work on the digital backbone of the consumer experience. You translate business goals and customer needs into future-proof IT solutions for the PostNL app, the app millions of people use every day to track, receive and manage their parcel deliveries.

As a Solution Consultant, you are part of an agile DevOps team within IT Ecom- Connected Commerce, responsible for the PostNL consumer app. This app is a key digital touchpoint where consumers can, among other things:
You translate business and product requirements into concrete, feasible IT solutions. You provide clear guidance and assignments to the development team and ensure coherence within the broader landscape of the app, backend systems and external platforms. With your solution-oriented mindset, you understand both technical complexity and user impact. You actively contribute ideas for improvement, support roadmap decisions and help teams continuously improve the way they collaborate and deliver. You work according to Agile/SAFe principles, align closely with other Solution Consultants and stakeholders, and know how to set the right priorities. The working environment is hybrid, and English is the primary working language within the team.
You will join an agile team within the IT Ecom- Connected Commerce department, which is responsible for our digital touchpoints for consumers. This team comprises solution consultants, developers, QA specialists, and IT experts who jointly ensure a reliable and rapidly evolving product. The atmosphere is informal yet results-oriented, focusing on collaboration and innovation.
