AI Product Manager

As Product Manager on the AI Team, you will be responsible for building customer-facing solutions that help clients make better investment decisions through intuitive, context-aware, agentic products. This role combines product management, product design, customer understanding, data-driven decision-making, and technical collaboration.

This is what you'll do:

• Own the execution of customer-facing AI products from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate customer insights, stakeholder input, and data into impactful product launches.
• Establish agentic product operations and ways of working within the AI Team.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization, validate assumptions, and measure success.
• Define and optimize key business metrics including engagement, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and designers to build intuitive, context-aware AI experiences.
• Contribute to product flows, prompts, onboarding, and interaction design.
• Design and improve agentic workflows that proactively guide and support customer actions.
• Support experimentation, prototyping, and validation of AI-driven concepts and copilots.

You'll bring us these skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, design or digital product development.
• Strong track record of shipping customer-facing digital products with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decision-making.
• Experience defining KPIs, evaluating product performance, and optimizing user journeys based on measurable outcomes.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and contributing meaningfully to technical discussions and solution design.
• Strong understanding of customer discovery, product validation, and iterative product development.
• Good product and UX instincts, with the ability to contribute directly to user experience and interaction design.
• Understanding of modern AI interaction patterns, agentic workflows, copilots, or conversational experiences.
• Familiarity with AI products, LLMs, recommendation systems, orchestration frameworks, or automation workflows.
