About you

You are an expert in regulatory reporting and know your way around regulatory frameworks like CRR/CRD IV. You have worked in a regulatory reporting team or in a change driven team where you have implemented new regulatory required reports from the ground up.

You want to serve the client solving the challenges they’re facing, which requires a hands-on mentality and a combination of good communication and strong project management skills that enable you to manage projects from inception to completion.

You are innovative, forward thinking and get excited about new ideas. You have a strong affinity with AI and see the potential AI has to change the regulatory reporting domain and you are able to work in a team, translating this vision to practical solutions to benefit the client.

You are also able to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders. When facing challenges, you can identify issues and seek assistance to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

What will you do

You are able to take the lead in supporting our clients in addressing their challenges in the regulatory reporting domain. This means improving their current reporting processes and reports e.g. by implementing new reporting requirements, as well as shaping the future of regulatory reporting by defining and implementing AI driven solutions.

Your key capabilities are:

  • Pragmatic, result driven, imaginative and persuasive;
  • Having a drive to innovate and progress, with an understanding of root causes and end-outcomes, not just the directed project outputs;
  • Solid communication skills (English), both in structured and dynamic settings;
  • Being stable and focused, even in high-pressure situations;
  • Quick adaptability and foresight in changing scenarios;
  • Being a true team player and having a strong sense of ownership.

Experience you will bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, economics, business administration);
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of regulatory reporting within the Dutch financial sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks like e.g. CRR/CRD IV;
  • Demonstrated affinity with AI and an understanding of AI technologies and their implications on regulatory reporting;
  • A track record of leading projects from conception through to implementation in the field of regulatory reporting;
  • Proven ability in leading teams and mentoring juniors;
  • You have an existing network in the domain, you are able to nurture client relationships, bring our propositions to the client, and recognise new commercial opportunities to help ACE grow.
