The Senior Marketing Manager Mid-End Shaving is responsible for leading the successful development and market delivery of the Mid-End shaving innovation agenda, with a primary focus on Mid-End innovation projects. The role drives cross-functional execution from proposition development through launch readiness and commercialization, ensuring consumer-centric innovation is translated into impactful market outcomes.

Working closely with the Consumer Marketing Director Mid-End Shaving, this role plays a critical part in shaping the future of the Mid-End portfolio and ensuring successful delivery of key innovation programs within Personal Health.

Your role:

  • Lead the execution of Mid-End innovation projects from proposition development through launch, ensuring alignment across innovation, communication, market readiness and commercialization activities.
  • Act as the primary marketing integrator across R&D, Design, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Regional teams, driving cross-functional alignment, decision-making and delivery of key milestones.
  • Translate Consumer Experience Journey insights into compelling propositions, communication strategies and launch plans that meet consumer needs and business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Mid-End innovation and communication roadmap, ensuring consistency with category strategy and brand positioning.
  • Lead global-to-local launch planning, partnering with markets to drive market readiness, local relevance and excellence in execution across channels.
  • Monitor and optimize launch and base-business performance through consumer, market and commercial insights, translating learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Support pricing, portfolio and commercialization decisions through consumer, competitive and market analysis.
  • Contribute to Business Region planning and A&P management to maximize launch effectiveness and business impact.
  • Partner with Sales and Shopper Marketing teams to ensure successful execution across retail and e-commerce environments.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Category Management, Innovation, Product Development, Business Development or related commercial functions.
  • You have proven experience leading product development programs and successfully bringing innovations to market.
  • You have a strong track record of managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing without formal authority.
  • You have experience working in cross-functional product development processes and navigating matrix organizations.
  • You have experience translating global strategies into successful market execution and launch plans.
  • You combine strong project leadership with strategic thinking and a bias for execution.
  • Experience working with international markets and driving global-to-local execution is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Personal Health, Grooming or a similarly innovation-driven consumer business is preferred.
  • China or emerging market launch experience is considered a strong advantage.
