We are looking for a strategic and proactive Talent Scout who can identify, engage and assess high-calibre leadership talent for Philips’ most critical roles and future capability priorities. This role combines proactive scouting with strong talent judgment and a clear assessment methodology, helping shape succession pipelines, internal talent moves and longer-term leadership options across the enterprise. You bring credibility, curiosity and strong talent judgment. You know how to translate business priorities into focused scouting, robust assessment and practical talent recommendations. Through a combination of external market insight and evidence-based assessment, you help strengthen leadership pipelines, surface future ExCo potential and support better decisions on succession, internal mobility and development.

Your role

  • Identify, engage and assess high-calibre talent for critical leadership roles, priority capability areas and earlier-stage pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, combining external market insight with a clear view of internal succession options.
  • Apply a clear and consistent assessment methodology to evaluate potential, readiness, mobility and development trajectory.
  • Translate talent insight into practical recommendations on succession, internal moves, development actions and longer-term leadership pipeline needs.
  • Contribute to a stronger view of future leadership options, including talent with longer-term ExCo potential.

You're the right fit if

  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in executive search, strategic recruiting, leadership assessment, talent management, succession or a related advisory environment.
  • You have strong capability in methodology-based talent assessment, with the judgment to evaluate potential, readiness, mobility, development trajectory and succession fit.
  • You know how to identify, engage and build relationships with high-calibre talent for critical roles.
  • You bring strong assessment capability and can evaluate potential, readiness, fit and development trajectory in a structured way.
  • You are comfortable working in complex, global environments and partnering with senior stakeholders on sensitive talent priorities.
  • You have experience building pipelines, mapping talent markets and generating insight that informs both immediate hiring needs and longer-term succession or capability priorities.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
