What are you going to do

• Working in a team of colleagues with diverse backgrounds on strategic issues for both international and national clients. You provide strategic direction to the project and coordinate the team.
• To reflect to the core of the issue, thereby distilling complex IT and business processes to their essence. You translate strategic objectives into concrete solutions and IT architectures that truly work.
• Communicating with all levels of the organisation: from operational to boardroom level, you know better than anyone how to build bridges between IT and the organisation.
• Besides shaping the strategy, you also supervise its implementation and set-up and realisation at the client. You move the client's organisation and work together to ensure the implementation is a success with them. You will prepare technical documentation and reports to support project execution.
• Develop advisory skills within a learning environment with experienced professionals, including through internal and external training thanks to the Academy.

What we’re looking for in you

• Curiosity, entrepreneurial, commercial, self-starting and full of ideas.
• Broad interest in IT solutions such as ERP systems, data integration, low-code platforms, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Easily switch between analysis, collaboration and attention to detail.
• You are aware of current trends and developments so that you can advise clients appropriately.
• Experience in guiding projects and teams in an advisory role.
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
• A completed HBO or university degree in a relevant field, Computer Science, Business IT, or Business Administration.
• Command of the Dutch language at a professional level to communicate with our Dutch customers.
