What you will do:

• Working in a team of colleagues with diverse backgrounds on strategic issues for both international and national clients. You provide strategic direction to the project and coordinate the team.
• Nadenken over de kern van het vraagstuk en daarbij complexe IT-en businessprocessen terugbrengen naar de essentie. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete oplossingen en IT-architecturen die écht werken.
• Besides shaping the strategy, you also supervise its implementation and set-up and realisation at the client. You move the client's organisation and work together with them to make the implementation a success. You will prepare technical documentation and reports to support project execution.
• Build consulting skills within a learning environment with experienced professionals, including through internal and external training at the TNXTOAcademy.

What we are looking for in you:

• Curiosity, entrepreneurial, commercial, self-starting and full of ideas.
• Broad interest in IT solutions such as ERP systems, data integration, low-code platforms, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Easily switch between analysis, collaboration and attention to detail.
• You are aware of current trends and developments so that you can advise clients appropriately.
• Experience guiding pathways and teams in an advisory role.
• 0-3 jaar relevante werkervaring (Heb je meer dan drie jaar ervaring? Solliciteer dan op de vacature Business en IT Consultant Ervaren).
• A completed HBO or university degree in a relevant field, Computer Science, Business IT, or Business Administration.
• Command of the Dutch language at a professional level to communicate with our Dutch customers.
