As a Management Assistant Intern, you will be positioned at the heart of the hotel operation. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, this internship offers real exposure to leadership, decision making, and coordination within a professional hotel environment. You will gain hands on experience in leadership activities, hotel operations, and commercial initiatives while completing a leadership internship.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks, gaining insight into hotel wide decision making.
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience.
  • Assist department heads with management activities such as administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
  • Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance by supporting sales initiatives, events, promotions, and new ideas.
  • Actively participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities as part of your internship program.

What we are looking for?

Essential requirements

  • Registered with a recognized educational institution for a leadership or management internship.
  • Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
  • Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

Preferred requirements

  • Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or a service driven environment.
  • Interest in commercial performance, leadership development, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
