About the internship

In this graduation project, you will explore data-driven predictors of financial health among young people (Gen Z). The goal is to better understand how behavioural, psychological and contextual factors, such as daily financial behaviours, digital interactions and environmental influences, contribute to financial well-being.

By identifying patterns and predictors in qualitative and quantitative data, you will help Rabobank gain deeper insight into what drives healthy versus unhealthy financial behaviour among young adults. Your work will provide a research-driven foundation for future interventions aimed at strengthening financial resilience.

  • Explore behavioural, psychological and contextual predictors of financial health in Gen Z.

  • Analyse data to identify meaningful patterns and relationships.
  • Translate research insights into opportunities for UX and product teams.
  • Develop a framework that links financial health predictors to opportunities.
  • Formulate evidence-based recommendations to support financial resilience among young users.
