Lead the growth of a strategic KPMG product by driving adoption, shaping commercial outcomes, and influencing decision-making at scale.

What will you do?

As a Product Growth Lead, you are responsible for accelerating the adoption and commercial success of Dialogue across KPMG. You operate at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy, translating usage insights into scalable growth initiatives and measurable business impact. Working closely with Product Ownership, Design and Development, you ensure that growth and adoption insights directly inform product direction without owning delivery.

You take ownership of growth priorities and make strategic trade-offs on market focus, adoption strategies, and commercial direction. In a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, you align senior leaders, shape opportunity strategies, and connect product capabilities to client and business needs.

You play a key role in steering commercial performance, including pipeline development, licensing models, and renewals. By combining data, stakeholder input, and market insights, you prioritise initiatives that maximise impact and drive sustainable growth.

In addition, you act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, communicating clearly at executive level and representing the product with credibility. You help position Dialogue both internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong value proposition.

Ultimately, you enable a product-centric way of working within a professional services environment, bridging gaps between teams and driving collaboration to achieve firm-wide success.

Your challenges

  • Driving large-scale adoption of a digital platform within a complex organisation requires navigating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and resistance to change.
  • Translating product usage and engagement data into concrete commercial growth initiatives demands both analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Balancing strategic decision-making with hands-on involvement in sales and opportunity management requires constant prioritisation.
  • Aligning senior stakeholders across different functions and geographies can be challenging due to varying interests and perspectives.
  • Ensuring product insights effectively influence development without owning delivery requires strong collaboration and influencing skills.

This is what you bring

  • Proven experience in driving adoption of digital products or platforms within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in managing revenue-related topics such as pipeline, licensing, or renewals.
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of growth priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive level.
  • Experience working at the intersection of product, sales, or consulting, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
