Your expertise guides senior leadership on investments and trade-offs in our systems portfolio so that our roadmap remains forward-looking—balancing regulatory demands with operational stability.
You bring a strategic mindset and substantial experience in managing complex business systems within international, multi-site environments. Your background includes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline. You have deep knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM), with S/4HANA expertise that enables you to deliver robust solutions across diverse asset types. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, agile frameworks or SAP PM/MM are a strong advantage and help you steer successful implementation projects end-to-end.
Your ability to lead and develop multicultural teams is matched by your persuasive communication skills; you thrive on building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Analytical thinking and problem-solving come naturally to you—especially when balancing local needs with enterprise-wide priorities. Health and safety is always your top concern, underpinning every decision you make.
You get excited when shaping harmonised ways of working that drive operational value across locations. You are at your best connecting stakeholders from SCMS, IT, Finance and Operations to achieve shared accountability. Continuous improvement energises you; you actively mentor colleagues and share sustainable ideas between support and improvement functions.
To succeed in this role, we expect:
If you enjoy translating business requirements into actionable system solutions—and believe collaboration is the key to progress—you’ll find yourself empowered here at Vattenfall BA Wind.
