Supply Chain Operator

For our team in Nijmegen, we are seeking a diligent Supply Chain Operator with GMP experience who can step into a lead role, take end-to-end ownership of projects, guide the team, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

In this hands-on role, you help keep production running smoothly by making sure materials are received, stored, picked, staged and shipped correctly, while every movement is accurately recorded in the system.

You’ll work in a regulated MedTech setting where accuracy matters. Physical stock and system records must always match, and materials need to be correctly labelled, stored and available when production needs them. This is a practical role for someone who takes ownership, works carefully and understands that reliable material handling is essential for quality, compliance and patient-focused manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical movement of materials within the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Execute corresponding system transactions for all material movements (e.g., goods receipt, transfer postings, consumption, scrapping).
• Ensure full alignment between physical inventory and system records at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and company policies, maintaining an inspection-ready state.
• Support quality and production processes by ensuring materials are correctly identified, segregated, and available when required.
• Follow warehouse processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain proper handling, labeling, and storage conditions for all materials.

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor/Masters.
• Experience in warehousing processes is a must.
• Experience in Change Management/Lean Manufacturing and leadership is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in both physical handling and system transactions.
• Ability to follow structured processes and work with discipline in a regulated environment.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory movements is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality, and planning teams.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written, is required.
