Application Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions.

Grade Specific

This role has the leading role in understanding client business needs, and ability map those to the application functionalities to ensure seamless functionality delivery of the application being developed. What is critical is to ensure that the application being developed matches client business needs, both stated and the unstated ones. Individual must support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more business or industry domains. Individual must be responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle. One must leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings.
