About the role

OpenUp is seeking a dedicated Implementation Consultant to help ensure customers have a successful first 3 months with the platform, laying the foundation for long-term engagement and satisfaction. The role requires a passion for mental well-being, along with strong interpersonal skills, technical confidence, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for HR users, leadership teams, and general users, dedicating 8 to 12 hours per customer.
  • Identify and engage executive sponsors for each account, building strong relationships.
  • Ensure leadership teams are well-acquainted with OpenUp so they can champion the platform within their organizations.
  • Guide users through the onboarding process and address questions or concerns.
  • Participate in the final stages of pre-sales to support a seamless transition to onboarding.
  • Focus on high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), speedy delivery, and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Support and Customer Success Consultancy teams to optimize customer experience.

About you

  • Experience owning a project from A to Z.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics, including NPS and engagement indicators.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German.
  • A keen interest in or experience with mental health advocacy, especially within workplace settings.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and organizational skills to coordinate engagement initiatives effectively.
