At bol, we’re exploring how Artificial Intelligence can boost our creativity. As an AI Service/Digital Designer, you’ll be right at the forefront of that journey, experimenting with tools, generating designs using AI and helping us push creative boundaries. Your eye for digital design and love for new tech make you the perfect combo.

From turning creative prompts into visuals using generative tools to designing assets for experiments and workshops, you’ll help us explore how AI fits into our creative workflows. This is your chance to dive into the deep end and create visual magic for 13 million customers.

How will you make our customers happy?

As an AI Service/Digital Design Intern, you’ll join bol’s in-house creative agency: burobol. Within burobol, you’ll be part of the AI team, where we explore how generative AI can help us create better, faster and more scalable content. You’ll gain experience in a diverse team of creatives, copywriters, engineers and AI specialists, working on projects that combine brand, technology and innovation. From B2C and B2B campaigns to internal tools and communication, you’ll get to work on AI projects that show up in many corners of bol, from smart tools to creative experiments and everything in between.

During your internship, you will:

• Explore and experiment with AI design tools
• Create visual content with and without AI
• Help shape bol’s creative AI direction
• Research new design applications
• Help building our own internal AI content generation tools
• Inspire your teammates with what AI can do
• Learn a ton

What do you bring?

• You study Design or a related creative field
• You’re creative, tech-savvy and love experimenting
• Strong graphic skills (Adobe, Figma, or similar)
• A proactive, curious mindset
• Interest in AI and visual innovation
