Your Tasks
- Responsible for the Derma (Eucerin) and Pharmacy (Eucerin & Hansaplast) Sales function in the Netherlands
- Expand customer relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet customer’s objectives in line with the sales strategy of Beiersdorf
- Drive an efficient and impactful customer segmentation strategy
- Develop and execute a sales and customer-marketing, annual, medium- and long-term plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category, and customer objectives at the customer
- Develop customer marketing plan ensuring efficient and excellent execution at the retailer
- Monitor and evaluate variance to plan and propose counter measures ensuring their effective implementation
- Negotiate annual conditions with customers based on Pay for Performance principle
- Prepare and implement the customer promotion plan ensuring alignment with the objectives of the sales plan
- Deliver the agreed objectives within the annual customer plans for product distribution and display at the POS, maximizing the accessibility of Beiersdorf products to the consumer
- Develop and execute action plans to meet our targets
- Lead and develop the NL Sales & Field team (6 FTE) in line with the company’s principles
- Be an active part of the Derma BNL Management Team and work closely together with other functions to identify and implement cross-brand and cross-country synergies
- Execute the commercial strategy and plans according to annual business plan and in line with our global and European guidelines
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in business administration or similar
- 7 years of experience in commercial roles, including several years in Account Management and Field Team Management
- General sales expertise (negotiations, customer management)
- Deep knowledge of the FMCG sector, preferably the Derma market
- Strong leadership skills, team player & developer
- Analytical & conceptual skills combined with a strong desire to win
- Entrepreneurial, courageous, and pragmatic mindset
- High change, result, and people agility
- Fluent in Dutch and English
