ClusterVision is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic sales across its integrated High-Performance Computing, AI and Machine Learning portfolio. Based near Amsterdam Schiphol, you will focus on solution selling, combining software and managed services into powerful, high-value offerings tailored to complex customer environments.

Your strategic vision and leadership will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. The company is looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with a deep curiosity for technology, and who thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

Your Role:

  • Use industry expertise and business acumen to understand a customer’s motivation, business drivers/challenges, strategic goals and objectives, and desired business outcomes.
  • Build pipeline, forecast business, communicate key updates and competitive intelligence.
  • Align with company strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue and market share.
  • Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers and decision makers.
  • Develop and lead a territory plan and a tailored account plan for each customer that aligns with their business goals, priorities, and timeframes.
  • Lead and improve all aspects of the selling cycle.
  • Be a recognized role model for collaboration, understanding, and overall business results.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Education – You have at least a completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience – 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of consistently meeting (or exceeding) quota.
  • Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive, including C-level, relationships where you are recognized as a trusted advisor.
  • Team player – Committed team player with strong interpersonal skills who share and support colleagues.
  • Business acumen – Confidence turning technical features (HPC, AI, cloud) into persuasive messaging and sales story.
  • Senior Relationship Builder – Engage very knowledgeable clients, lead consultative sales, and honor every commitment. You place the customer first.
  • Communication – Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Eagerness to learn – Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable teaching yourself and others new tools or concepts, testing ideas, and refining them quickly.
  • Mindset – Entrepreneurial, organised, and creative.
