Join the Order to Cash (O2C) team within the Global Finance Operations department, focusing on Corporate Clients and Collections. In this role, you will collaborate with a vibrant, international team where growth is a priority.

You will take ownership of your assignment while supporting daily operations. This role relies on a customer-centric approach and strong teamwork to deliver seamless financial processes for global stakeholders.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Managing day-to-day corporate operations, including applying incoming payments, issuing invoices, and tracking outstanding balances.
  • Focusing on operational efficiency by supporting account reconciliations and participating in global new requirement projects to help drive excellence.
  • Utilizing data and creative thinking to simplify processes through continuous improvement.
  • Receiving active mentorship from an experienced, multicultural team that values collaboration and helping one another succeed.

What will you bring to the team?

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and are required to complete an internship as part of your academic programme.
  • An analytical and structured mindset, helping you stay committed to achieving goals and solving problems efficiently.
  • A proactive attitude and the eagerness to learn, take initiative, and drive excellence alongside your team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to develop an understanding of internal and external partners.
  • A highly responsible work ethic, focusing on acting responsibly while making a lasting impact within global finance operations.
  • Enrolled in a University in the Netherlands for the duration of the 6-month internship.
  • Professional English language skills with excellent communication capabilities.
