Job Description

Lead the category. Empower parents to feed their babies with confidence. Shape the future of early parenthood.

We’re hiring a passionate, hands-on Marketing Director to own the global equity, strategy and innovation for Philips Avent’s Infant Feeding Portfolio (Bottles), our largest category. You’ll build category leadership by turning clinical and consumer insight into products, solutions and communications that make it easier for parents and partners to confidently feed their babies. This senior role combines bold strategic thinking with operational ownership: you’ll set marketing objectives across the Consumer Experience Journey, deliver a global innovation & communication roadmap, and ensure powerful, globally-scalable, locally-relevant execution across markets.

Your Challenge:

Lead the category. Empower parents to feed their babies with confidence. Shape the future of early parenthood.

Your role:

  • Own the global infant feeding category: shape brand equity, strategy and portfolio direction.
  • Lead the development and delivery of an integrated global innovation roadmap — launching new superior propositions to strengthen parents confidence & reassurance on how to feed their babies.
  • Drive portfolio excellence: shape a global consistent portfolio & price pack architecture that sets the standard for a global and scalable portfolio, while seeking continuous simplification to drive efficiency of scale.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development and launches, partnering closely with R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure quality and speed to market.
  • Translate deep Consumer Experience Journey insights into clear marketing objectives and prioritized initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
  • Champion consistent execution of a scalable global portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Finance and regional leaders to design pricing and commercial strategies that deliver both consumer value and business results.
  • Empower insights teams to deliver actionable data, use in-market analysis to measure performance, and iterate quickly on what works.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams: set measurable goals, coach talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

You're the right fit if:

  • 15+ years in consumer marketing / brand management with full product lifecycle experience — ideally in baby, breastfeeding, maternal health or adjacent consumer healthcare categories.
  • Proven success with global consumer or retail brands, including multi-market launches and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex portfolios and leading solid recommendations on portfolio & price pack architecture.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into compelling propositions and communications.
  • Hands-on leader with a “get it done” mentality, experienced at mobilizing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Finance and regional/commercial teams on pricing and go-to-market plans.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MSc/MBA desirable).
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
