What you’ll do

Make our clients stand out online.

• Design and develop custom Webflow websites that look great and perform flawlessly
• Translate brand identities and ideas into functional, responsive web experiences
• Collaborate with our creative and SEO teams to ensure growth-focused design
• Build interactions, animations, and CMS structures that scale
• Continuously improve site performance and usability

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Webflow (design + development)
• Strong sense of design, UX, and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web principles
• A proactive mindset — you take ownership, spot opportunities, and move fast
• You’re based in or near Rotterdam
• You think like an
