Internship – Digital Back Bone PMO

“The best part of a PMO internship is realizing that behind every plan, you’re helping turn strategy into reality.”

The internship

Work at the heart of the DBB program, where high-quality planning drives success across a complex delivery landscape. You will refine and continuously improve the integrated plan, track progress, and help shape effective ways of working. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll gain broad exposure to how large programs operate end-to-end. This role offers a unique opportunity to translate strategy into execution while building strong planning and coordination skills.

You will be working on:

  • Design and enhance effective progress tracking mechanisms to support plan delivery
  • Translate complex plans into clear, impactful visualisations for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strengthen communication of planning insights to enable informed decision-making
  • Support and facilitate Integrated Planning ceremonies to drive alignment and execution

Your new team and workplace

Join a collaborative PMO team at the heart of the DBB program, where planning excellence drives collective success. Together with experienced colleagues, you’ll refine plans, track progress, and continuously improve how the team delivers. You’ll engage with a wide network of stakeholders, contributing to aligned, transparent, and effective teamwork. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact as part of a high-performing, supportive team.

During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.
