Join HEINEKEN’s Regional Talent & Leadership team and contribute to shaping the future workforce across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Leadership Development, working closely with senior stakeholders.

“I’ve learned that being an intern isn’t about knowing everything, but about staying curious and asking enough questions to keep learning. Every day brings new exciting challenges!”

The internship

You will support strategic initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive diversity and performance across the region.

What you will be working on

As an intern, your responsibilities will be varied, and we hope to provide a worthwhile and rich experience for you, so you might find yourself working on the following items:

  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening the regional talent pipeline, including succession planning for management teams, development of general and functional talent, and increasing representation of women in senior leadership roles.
  • Contribute to regional programs designed to enhance leadership and management capabilities, including supporting the rollout of training initiatives and development cohorts.
  • Assist in the launch and analysis of Climate and Pulse surveys, translating data into actionable insights to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support the coordination and launch of regional and global training programs focused on building future-ready capabilities.
  • Help drive initiatives that advance HEINEKEN’s diversity and inclusion ambitions across the region.
  • Assist in initiatives that foster a strong, winning performance culture across teams and markets.

Your new team and workplace

You will join the Regional Talent & Leadership team, focused on driving talent, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The team tackles key challenges such as building future-ready capabilities across diverse markets while operating in a fast-paced environment that demands a high level of agility.

You will work closely with the Regional Talent & Leadership Managers for Europe and Africa & Middle East (AME). While they are part of the Global Talent & Leadership Team, they also collaborate extensively with regional stakeholders, bridging global strategy with local execution.

During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.

The unique you!

We believe everyone has unique talents, which is why we’re looking for you! Energy, drive and the ambition to grow are what make the difference at HEINEKEN. In addition, you bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Program.
  • You take initiative, are hands-on, and care about doing things well.
  • You like taking ownership and stay organized in a fast-changing environment.
  • You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and connect easily across cultures.
  • You are eager to learn, get involved, and grow in an international environment where you can make an impact.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus!

Even if you feel you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply. An internship is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow!
