About the role

As a Senior ABM Marketeer at Teamleader, you will own how we attract, engage, and grow high-value agency accounts. You’ll combine strategic account thinking, sharp product positioning, and performance-driven execution to build campaigns that create real commercial impact.

You will:

  • Lead our account-based growth strategy for agency accounts, defining target account approaches, aligning closely with Sales, and building campaigns that move key accounts through the funnel.
  • Own and optimize paid social performance, bringing 5+ years of experience with LinkedIn and Meta to create targeted campaigns that generate pipeline, strengthen account engagement, and scale what works.
  • Shape our positioning and messaging by turning customer, market, and competitive insights into compelling narratives, differentiated value propositions, and high-performing campaign angles.
  • Drive smarter go-to-market decisions through experimentation, performance analysis, and close collaboration with Brand, Data, and Operations to continuously improve targeting, creative, and commercial impact.

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Bring strong B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in growth, ABM, or product marketing, and a proven track record of building campaigns that create measurable pipeline impact, particularly through paid social (LinkedIn and Meta) and account-focused strategies.
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable owning positioning and messaging while continuously testing, optimizing, and using data to improve performance and sharpen go-to-market decisions.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering effectively with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align strategy, execute with focus, and turn commercial goals into coordinated action.
  • Communicate with clarity and commercial instinct, understanding how to translate product value into compelling narratives for the right audience, ideally with experience in or strong affinity for agency ecosystems. Fluent English is essential; Dutch and German are a plus.
