Translate complex market infrastructure developments into clear strategic actions and insights as Senior Digital Market Infrastructure Specialist within Rabobank. You connect external trends like tokenisation and stablecoins with internal stakeholders, helping teams prepare for future settlement models. You work across strategy, product, operations and risk, turning innovation into practical business impact.

• Assess developments related to digital assets and next-generation settlement infrastructures and translate findings into strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Support pilot initiatives on new settlement models with business, product and technology teams.

• Monitor and analyse emerging developments in digital money and infrastructure, translating them into business implications, risks and opportunities for multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain external partnerships with market infrastructures, consortiums and industry initiatives to strengthen Rabobank’s strategic positioning.
• Coordinate pilots and innovation initiatives with business lines and technology teams to ensure readiness and alignment across the organisation.

You analyse market infrastructure trends and coordinate innovation initiatives, ensuring Rabobank is prepared for the future of digital money and settlement ecosystems.

You & your talent

• Master’s degree level and 5+ years experience in financial market infrastructures or payments.
• Proven knowledge of digital assets, tokenisation and settlement models with experience translating strategy into business impact.
• Experience with analytical tooling (e.g. Excel or similar) and stakeholder coordination within complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
