Operational Excellence Consultant

You are a passionate professional who excels in providing tailored advice within Operational Excellence, effectively managing diverse projects with a focus on continuous improvement, and successfully expanding our services by identifying and realising new business opportunities.

In the private sector, we support organizations on various projects. Our expertise includes operational excellence, process management, change management and supply chain management.

Möbius Netherlands is growing and to make our team even more impactful, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Consultant for the private sector.

You will be engaged in daily activities that include:

• Varied and challenging projects in which you help our clients to continuously improve. Think of process optimization, Lean implementations or re-designs, support in monitoring improvement and strengthening operational management;
• Devising new business solutions that fit within customers' business strategy;
• Expanding our services commercially by spotting new opportunities, establishing customer contacts and realizing new projects.

This is what you bring:

• a university background;
• approximately 5 years of relevant work experience, for example as a project leader and/or consultant;
• you are Lean (Six Sigma) Black Belt certified;
• experience with projects in the private sector;
• strong Dutch language skills;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical eye;
• you take initiative, are a team player and a persuasive speaker.
