Job description

Contributing to client success through optimized business processes and systems is at the heart of this role. You will help deliver tangible results and make a lasting impact through in-depth process knowledge while tackling complex issues alongside a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll be doing at the client's site:

As Process Analyst, you will understand, analyze, and design business processes that align with clients' needs and strategic pillars. You will evaluate current processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and contribute across all project phases, from gathering and validating requirements and process modeling to implementing new workflows and monitoring results.

In addition:

  • Work according to GRIPP principles, the in-house methodology for accurately and efficiently analyzing client processes.
  • Analyze and document existing business processes, including identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design streamlined and efficient workflows.
  • Use process modeling tools and techniques to create visual representations of processes, such as Adonis, flowcharts, and process diagrams, and advise clients on best practices for process design and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to users.

Qualifications

This is you.

You're naturally curious, enjoy collaborating with others, and take the content seriously. In this role, we would like you to:

  • Enjoy your work.
  • Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients on interesting issues.
  • Want to develop yourself every day with a positive attitude and drive.
  • Have strong communication skills and understand the importance of listening to clients, colleagues, and yourself.
  • Prefer diverse and complex projects over doing the same thing every day.
  • Do what you promise, work accurately, and complete work on time without compromising quality.
  • Be a true team player who values collaboration and shared success.
  • Have completed your Master’s Degree.
  • Have 0 to 2 years’ experience.
  • Have fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills; German is a plus.

What you can expect from us

Your development is a priority. Through challenging projects, inspiring colleagues, and personal growth opportunities, Sia invests in your success every step of the way.

  • An attractive salary that grows with your experience and performance.
  • A yearly bonus based on your individual and team results.
  • Sustainable and practical mobility options, whether you prefer to travel by train, bike, or your own vehicle.
  • A solid pension plan and additional benefits to support your well-being.
  • Freedom in where you work, from home, at the client’s office, or in one of the hubs in Amsterdam or Maastricht, including a home working allowance to make remote work comfortable.
  • 26 days of holiday per year, with the opportunity to earn extra days as your seniority grows.
  • Plenty of learning opportunities, from mentoring and training programs to international projects that broaden your perspective.
  • A strong community, where connection matters, with regular social and sports activities to celebrate successes together.
