We are recruiting for the position of International On-site Manager for our Poultry Division. In this role you will be responsible for the on-site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according to JBT Marel specification, project plan, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Extensive in-house technical preparation and planning with the project team.
  • Supervise installations at our customers worldwide.
  • Always be in control of project planning.
  • Work closely with the JBT Marel project team, customers, and local sub-contractors.
  • Manage customer expectations at all times throughout the project.
  • Clearly communicate project plan, technical instructions, and feedback to JBT Marel.
  • Ensure reporting in a timely manner and according to JBT Marel policies.
  • Report safety concerns and incidents to management throughout the project.

  • Proven experience in supervising on-site installations, with strong technical know-how.
  • Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work activities based on project demands, equipment volume, and personnel capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report, and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time).
