As a Talent Sourcer, you will support our recruitment team in finding and engaging talent for Nedap. You will help build strong talent pools and make a direct impact on attracting the right people to our organization.

In this role, you will actively search for talent, gain insights into the labor market, and get to know different target groups. You will support recruitment activities for various vacancies across Nedap while contributing to building a future-proof talent pipeline.

What are you going to do?

Sourcing

Actively search for suitable candidates via LinkedIn and relevant job platforms using smart sourcing techniques and search strategies.

Talent pool management

Maintain and expand our talent pool and keep candidates engaged through regular contact and follow-up.

Pre-screening

Support the initial screening of candidates based on role requirements to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

Collaboration

Work closely with Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. Share market insights with the recruitment team.

Employer branding and sourcing

Contribute ideas for creative sourcing campaigns and employer branding initiatives together with the Recruitment Marketeer.

Your team

You will become part of the Recruitment team within HR. The team consists of Recruitment Business Partners focused on Business & IT and Campus Recruitment, as well as a Recruitment Marketeer.

Collaboration, pro-activity, entrepreneurship, and humor are central within the team. We support each other, encourage ownership, and create space for trying out new ideas.

Required skills

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (for example in Marketing & Communication, Commercial Economics, or Human Resource Management).
  • You have strong communication skills and easily connect with people.
  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
  • You are curious, independent, and proactive.
  • You can easily switch between different tasks and responsibilities.
  • Experience or affinity with recruitment is a plus.
