Operational Excellence Intern

At ASICS, you'll contribute to a mission focused on optimising operational reporting systems and enhancing data analytics processes at the EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam.

Your role in our shared journey

Your role will be instrumental in bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Review and streamline Excel dashboards and reports for improved efficiency.
• Translate business logic into structured requirements for automation in corporate Business Intelligence tools such as AFO and Qlik.
• Take ownership in identifying inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or gaps across existing operational reports and dashboards.
• Act as a backup for weekly dashboard updates and performance metric tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document Standard Operating Procedures related to reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency of all data and logic used in reports.
• Participate in ad-hoc analytics tasks and contribute to data-driven decision making.

You have the following skills:

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from September for 5-6 months.
• Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Analytics studies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
