Who we are looking for

We are looking for an HR Consultant with 4+ years of experience in HR consulting, with particularly strong experience as an internal consultant or Business Partner. Preferably, you have previously held an independent HR role.

You are curious and understand the field. You have an affinity for data and know how to apply it to HR issues.

What you bring

• Minimum 4 years of HR and/or consulting experience.
• You easily switch between different levels in an organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and clear communication skills.
• You have your own modern vision of the field.

And what do we offer you?

You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consultancy assignments at clients. You will do this together with a consultant or partner of Bunchmark. Assignments can vary in nature, from projects to interim assignments. You are able to translate client questions into customized assignments.
