As a Senior Consultant you have:

• A university Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant consulting experience and/or demonstrable experience with operating model design, process optimization, and/or technological transformation.
• Experience with project management and/or knowledge of agile working methodologies.
• An affinity with the public sector.
• Familiarity with methodologies for process optimization and operating model design.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

As a Senior Consultant, you work in a multidisciplinary Deloitte team to deliver value to clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle.
