Are you looking to kick-start your career in business development? Victory Art, a dynamic startup focused on Central and Eastern European art, is searching for an ambitious and proactive individual to join its Business Development Internship program.

Job Description

Are you results-motivated, a smooth communicator, and do you possess an entrepreneurial spirit? If so, Victory Art wants you on its Sales team. Sales Interns are hired with the intent to develop into full-time or part-time Account Executives, so your time will focus on meaningful commercial work rather than errands or repetitive administrative tasks. This internship offers the chance to make a real impact while refining your communication and problem-solving skills and learning about new industries. Dutch is preferred, but not required.

What will you do

  • Complete a training course covering products, clients, and industries
  • Assist with value propositions, presentations, and meetings
  • Help close new partnership deals by coordinating requirements
  • Investigate current client accounts and identify new needs to generate interest
  • Handle communication with existing and future partners

What we want to see in our future teammates

  • Motivation to take on challenges, persistence, and willingness to learn on the job
  • Enjoy working with startups in a dynamic environment

What you can expect

  • Opportunity to explore a startup environment
  • Relevant work experience and extensive personal development
  • Plenty of room for self-improvement
  • Becoming part of a team that is just starting to create its own culture
  • Great performance is rewarded at Victory Art, and each employee determines his or her own success. As the company is constantly changing and experimenting with new ideas, this is an internship that will never be dull or stagnant.

We, in Victory Art, truly believe in embracing our strong points, working on our weak points and not giving up. The team and artists belong to Victory Art family, where we keep helping each other to become the best versions of ourselves.
