3 reasons you should join our team as Lead Implementation Manager:

  1. Become part of a PSP that’s not just growing but also continually innovating.
  2. Shape your career in tech within a rapidly growing scale-up with proven success.
  3. Your work directly contributes to making online transactions easier and safer for millions of users.

OPP is a fast-growing fintech in Europe, with 100+ people across offices in Delft, Berlin, and London. Join us in supercharging marketplaces around the globe.

Make paying online easy and safe for everyone

If you’ve ever paid other users on platforms like Marktplaats, eBay-Kleinanzeigen, and Gumtree, or booked a holiday home via Nature.house or Micazu, chances are you’ve already met us. Our fintech platform powers marketplaces by arranging payments and enabling marketplaces to accept, hold, and disburse funds for their users.

As our Teamlead Implementations, you are the driving force behind our Implementation team. You work closely with Management (CCO & COO), Sales, Developers, and Customer Success teams as the contact person and challenger. Whenever a new platform or marketplace joins as a partner, you ensure that client needs and expectations are met throughout the implementation process, customizing our product to fit their requirements. After translating customer needs into effective solutions, you handle the technical configuration and guide your team to ensure a seamless implementation. In addition to being the escalation point for complex challenges your team cannot resolve alone, you leverage your technical expertise to engage in deeper discussions about team development, process automation, and enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Inspire and manage a small team of implementation specialists, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Together with your team, you ensure high client satisfaction while driving continuous improvements to our products.
  • Configuration of modules and features.
  • Working on our documentation and instructions about our API.
  • Contributing to the introduction of an API-sandbox.
  • Moderating our partner-contact Slack channels.

Job requirements

Your track record shows

  • That you have at least 4 years of experience in the field of software/SaaS.
  • You know how to guide and mentor colleagues.
  • You’re a first class star in integrating third-party web API’s.
  • You know how to talk to developers: HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies sound familiar.
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate technical requirements/notes to non-technical users.
  • You're fluent in English - both verbally and written.

How we invest in you

A company is as strong as the people who help to build it. If you bring the expertise and a client-first mentality, we’ll make sure you receive all that’s needed to excel. We’ll offer you:

  • A solid salary, 13th month, and if needed VISA sponsorship (only for people already based in The Netherlands).
  • 8% on top of your monthly salary as a contribution to a pension plan.
  • Flexible working hours, hybrid working, 24 paid vacation days, and 2 diversity days.
  • Contract for 12 months with the possibility to extend permanently.
  • Macbook, home office gear, and NS Business card.
  • Office lunches plus regular get-togethers over drinks.
