As a Global Procurement Compliance Intern at HEINEKEN, you will support the Global Procurement Compliance agenda and work closely with the Procurement Compliance Manager and a diverse global stakeholder group to strengthen governance, support Third-Party Risk Management, and contribute to clear and reliable compliance reporting.

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in global procurement governance, procurement compliance, and cross-operating company collaboration. You will be trusted and empowered to work with an entrepreneurial mindset, with guidance throughout.

The Internship

  • Support monthly procurement compliance reporting and KPI data accuracy.
  • Support in creating Global Procurement Policies as per HEINEKEN Global Standards.
  • Drive the key strategic procurement initiative with the operating companies and track their progress.
  • Assist with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including tracking, coordination, and follow-ups with operating companies.
  • Transform supplier master data into a structured, business-friendly format to support compliance requirements.
  • Support documentation, record-keeping, and audit-readiness activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, gaps, or insights in compliance data.

Your New Team and Workplace

Within Global Procurement Enablement, the team ensures HEINEKEN Global Procurement teams can build strong supplier relationships, ensure policy compliance, and deliver business value. The Governance team plays a key role in driving responsible sourcing, risk management, and global standards.

During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN across departments, not just within your own team. Fresh ideas are welcomed, and guidance will be tailored to support your development.
