In this internship, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of being part of the Social & PR team at a leading denim brand.
The G-STAR Social & PR Department is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern with a hands-on mentality who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. As part of the Global Marketing Department, you will support both our Social Media and PR & Influencer teams — from curating content and engaging with our online audience to supporting global press initiatives and influencer collaborations.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Assist in content curation and campaign social planning to maintain a visually cohesive and engaging brand presence across channels’ social feed.
- Create and support social and PR briefs for upcoming campaigns, tastemaker collaborations and campaign launches.
- Stay up to date with the latest social and industry trends to help identify new opportunities.
- Track coverage and report on social media and PR performance analytics monthly and after key campaigns.
- Maintain contact with our regional teams and global PR agencies, ensuring timely delivery of press releases and samples.
- Support PR planning, including sample send-outs, returns, and inbound and outbound inquiries.
- Assist with key product launches and PR events.
- Support tastemaker strategy execution by coordinating product seeding, content calendars, and deliverables.
- Help build and maintain press tools such as asset gathering, image galleries, media lists, and mailers.
- Collaborate cross-functional with internal teams (Studio, Brand, Marketing Ops, etc.).
What you bring to the table:
- You are creative, digitally savvy, and socially minded, with a strong affinity for fashion and denim.
- You have a solid understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- You are familiar with the media landscape and key fashion publications, influencers, and industry platforms.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and skilled at planning.
- You can multitask and execute effectively.
- You preferably know how to use Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides (if not, you’ll learn!).
- You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team (you’ll work from home one day a week).
- You are available full-time for 6 months starting in August/September 2026.
- You are already living in the Netherlands and are in the possession of a BSN.
- You are enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands during the whole length of the internship.
- If you are a non-EU student in The Netherlands, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment.
- Finally, if you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, we’d love to meet you!
