The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and a strong foundation in cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure as code. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud solutions, working closely with data engineers, software developers, and researchers in an R&D environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development workflows, and maintain clear documentation of architectures and best practices.

We offer

  • Unique career paths across health, nutrition and beauty - explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen
  • A chance to impact millions of consumers every day - sustainability embedded in all we do
  • A science led company, cutting edge research and creativity everywhere - from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers, you’ll work on what’s next
  • Growth that keeps up with you - you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership
  • A culture that lifts you up - with collaborative teams, shared wins, and people who cheer each other on
  • A community where your voice matters - it is essential to serve our customers well

You bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM)
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, including AWS CDK (Terraform is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Python or another programming language for cloud automation and development
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security, networking, and DevOps best practices
  • Experience working in collaborative environments with engineers, researchers, and product teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts; experience with Azure, hybrid cloud, or data/ML workflows is a plus
