Are you energized by partnering with senior leaders to enable business success through people-focused solutions? As Senior HR Partner, Enabling Functions, you will work closely with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across global Enabling Functions to support the delivery of the people agenda.
In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor on a broad range of people and organizational topics, helping leaders translate business priorities into effective people actions. You will partner closely with the Global HR Business Partner EF (GHRBP) and play an important role in supporting leadership teams through change, organizational development, talent decisions, and workforce planning.
This role combines senior HR partnering with hands-on execution of HR cycle topics and HR project implementations in a complex, international environment.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will:
- Partner directly with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across Enabling Functions on people and organizational topics, including B-1 HR, Communication, Strategy and Procurement.
- Advise leaders on team effectiveness, leadership, talent, performance, reward, employee development, and workforce-related decisions.
- Support the implementation of the people agenda within the supported functions and help identify key people trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with the GHRBP on organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and HR projects.
- Support B-1 leaders in translating business priorities into practical people actions and leadership interventions.
- Contribute to talent and succession discussions, workforce planning, target setting, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on more complex HR topics and senior employee matters within the supported functions.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of key HR processes and policy application.
- Mentor and support HR Partner colleagues and contribute to collaboration across the HR team.
- Mentor and coach senior leaders.

- Strong experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Partner role, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams on a broad range of people and organizational topics.
- Experience supporting organizational change, talent initiatives, reward discussions, and leadership-related topics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business priorities into people actions.
- Extensive program management experience to create an end-to-end experience which anchors improved performance.
- A pragmatic, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- A collaborative style and confidence in working across different levels of the organization.
About the team
You will report to the Local/Regional HR Partner Lead and work closely with the Global HR Business Partner, regional HR colleagues, and the HR Functions and HR Service team. In this role, you will support B-1 leaders and their teams across global Enabling Functions and, where applicable, join their management teams, including maintaining a close relationship with the Financial Controller.
