Introduction

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to help teams grow, improve, and deliver value more effectively within DCD – Digital Solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and leadership to strengthen Agile ways of working and support continuous improvement across the department.

What you’ll do

  • Coach teams to become self-organizing, accountable, and focused on delivering value.
  • Foster a strong continuous improvement mindset by addressing root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Understand team dynamics deeply and support individuals and teams in their growth.
  • Use systems thinking to identify patterns across teams, making flow, blockers, and risks visible.
  • Ensure clear ownership and alignment of cross team dependencies to reduce friction and delays.
  • Be proactive in identifying and driving improvements at the train level.
  • Facilitate impactful rituals, workshops, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Product Owner to ensure focus, clarity, and sustainable delivery.
  • Use metrics and insights to guide improvement.

What do we ask from you

  • Certified Scrum Master (PSM I required; PSM II or equivalent preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in scaled Agile environments.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
