About The Social Hub

TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence
• Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm

What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and Dutch; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
