Senior Digital Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced, technically founded and proactive Senior Digital Project Manager who is passionate about driving successful project outcomes and fostering teamwork.

In this role, you will lead projects that support our mission to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvements across our organization.

As we are growing, we are looking for an additional member to help us deliver exciting projects within the fields of Operation Technology (OT) anchored in SCADA, all enabling the path towards a fossil-free future.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution. In addition, you will be working closely with maintenance and operations teams to optimize the handover of the projects, always with focus on asset security, efficiency, performance, reliability and value realization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, while capturing lessons learned.
• Manage and refine project timelines, budgets, risks and resources, with transparency as a key principle.
• Coordinate and act as the bridge between the engineering team and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of technical issues for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including quality and EHS compliance, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously identify, assess and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure business success and customer satisfaction through professional project and stakeholder management while maximizing value creation with a win-win mentality.
• Consistently contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives within the Digital Engineering Project Management team.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering, as well as Project or Package Management disciplines.
• Experience with automation and control systems and data pipelines, preferably within the energy sector.
• Relevant work experience and competencies across a combination of onshore and offshore technology, high voltage electrical systems and construction projects; OT and IT technical project or program management skills from the Wind, BESS or PV industry are an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with design, specification, configuration and testing of OT and IT.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, agile approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies and different business domains within renewable energy.
• Ability to thrive and perform in a complex and diverse organizational set-up.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, as we operate in an international environment.
