The purpose of the team is to ensure that Onshore Wind reaches ambitious profitability targets and continues being a best-in-class developer across all markets.
The team has two main focus areas. One is Business Intelligence with five Product Managers focusing on cost and value engineering services – as Cost and Value Engineer you will be part of this team. The second area is the Levelised Cost of Electricity (LCoE) program management consisting of five Program Managers. They focus on the implementation of technical and commercial solutions to improve the profitability of the development portfolio. You will work very closely with this group, and with colleagues from other departments, such as Market Development, Procurement and Project Delivery.

As a Cost and Value Engineer, you will take on a varied number of key responsibilities, depending on your level of experience. As we are a larger team with varied backgrounds, you should also apply if you have experience within only some of them.

You have a structured approach and the ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. You are collaborative and build partnerships to effectively work with others to meet shared objectives. You can openly and comfortably relate with diverse groups of people. You are communicative and can develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
