About your tasks:
- Drive finance-related transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all involved project members and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and support the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Ensure that solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.
About you:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field, with solid understanding of financial processes and structures.
- Approx. five years of experience either in project management within finance/accounting or in accounting operations with a strong involvement in projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and structured working style, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance.
