Drive global growth by turning data into smart, scalable campaigns that bring millions of fans closer to the events they love.

Job description

At TicketSwap, our mission is simple: by bringing fans and experiences together on our marketplace, we enable fans to go to more events they love and support organisers in building lasting success. With millions of fans using TicketSwap across the globe, we’re scaling fast — and performance marketing plays a key role in how we grow responsibly.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us reach the right fans at the right moment. Someone who loves testing, learning, and turning insights into impact. Ready to experiment, optimise, and scale what works?

You’ll own our Paid Strategy end-to-end together with another Performance Specialist, and improve how we use paid channels to drive sustainable growth across markets. You’ll run experiments, optimise performance, and help shape our strategy, always with a clear view on impact.

You’ll work closely with Data, Design, Brand and Product teams in a cross-functional setup, making sure campaigns connect with our business objectives, what we’re building and where we’re going.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise global paid search and social campaigns across web and app
  • Drive performance across key channels like Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Manage and allocate budgets across markets based on ROI, LTV, and marketplace inventory dynamics
  • Run continuous experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Define and track key metrics, and share learnings with stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve tracking, attribution, and measurement
  • Align campaigns with seasonality, product launches, commercial goals & market priorities
  • Contribute to scalable campaign structures, automation, and feed-based setups
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities
  • Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve how we work and scale

About You

You enjoy working at the intersection of data, creativity, and impact. You’re curious, structured, and not afraid to test new ideas, even if they don’t always work the first time.

What helps you succeed in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid search, paid social and digital ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple, etc)
  • Experience managing paid channels end-to-end for app-first businesses
  • A data-driven mindset, you’re comfortable working with large datasets and making decisions based on insights
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, MMPs and tracking setups
  • Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Amplitude, Looker or similar
  • Understanding of attribution models and mobile measurement (MMPs)
  • Experience managing budgets with a clear focus on business impact (ROI, LTV)
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and languages
  • A structured way of working: you can prioritise, test, and iterate effectively
  • Clear communicator who can bring stakeholders along in decisions and learnings

Nice to have:

  • Experience with campaign automation (scripts, feeds)
  • Basic SQL or experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work on a product used by millions of fans worldwide
  • See the direct impact of your work on growth and fan experience
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams where good ideas win
  • Take ownership and space to experiment, learn, and improve
  • Be part of a team that cares about building things the right way - for fans, organisers, and each other
