Join Picnic as a Marketing Analyst

At Picnic, we’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to support analytics across our Performance Marketing, Brand, and SEO teams. You’ll be in the data, driving insights, building dashboards and designing the frameworks that help us grow faster and smarter. You’ll partner closely with the marketing team to surface insights that directly influence growth strategy, enforce high data quality and work on cool high-paced projects from day one.

Tricks of the trade

  • Build and manage dashboards in Tableau to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights on CAC, LTV, ROAS, brand lift, and more for the marketing teams.
  • Ensure mobile measurement and attribution solutions are in place to accurately track performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of our marketing channels, and support the team in interpreting conversion lift studies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive data-informed decision-making, advocate for clean, structured data, and partner with data engineering on improvements where needed.

Your superpowers

  • MSc. degree in Marketing, Analytics, Econometrics or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics in a high growth mobile consumer business
  • Proven expertise in SQL for independent data extraction, cleaning, and validation
  • Experience with translating business questions into structured, problem-solving analyses
  • Deep understanding of statistics principles and experimentation techniques
  • Sharp eye for data quality auditing and marketing attribution shifts
  • Experience with linking data insights to marketing drivers and business growth
  • Experience with Python/R, BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker), attribution landscape (e.g. MMP, GA4) and data pipeline tools (e.g. dbt) are a plus
  • Exposure to high-responsibility, in a fast-paced environment where daily innovation is a core requirement
