Sales Specialist Germany

Trainin is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps trainers, studios, and sports clubs optimize their operations. Our clients love our software and service, which has fueled strong growth in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain.

Since January this year, we have expanded into Germany and already welcomed our first partners. To accelerate our growth in the German market, we are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Sales Specialist Germany to join our team in Amsterdam.

About the role

As Sales Specialist Germany, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the German market. You will be responsible for approaching leads, giving online demos, and convincing sports entrepreneurs to become Trainin clients.

From our office in Amsterdam, you will guide prospects through the sales journey and ensure they experience our platform and service in the best possible way.

Your responsibilities

• Giving online sales demos to potential clients
• Proactively reaching out to potential customers (i.e. cold calling)
• Following up on leads and guiding them through the sales cycle
• Converting sign-ups into long-term clients
• Testing and improving new sales strategies
• Identifying trends and opportunities in the German fitness and sports market
• Working closely with the team to help grow Trainin internationally

Who are you?

• You have experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or sports-related industries
• You are fluent in German (native or near-native level is a must)
• You speak Dutch (nice to have)
• You are energetic, proactive, and commercially driven
• You enjoy variety and taking initiative
• You can work independently while also being a strong team player
