As an Internal Communications Intern / Trainee, you will support internal communication activities within a dynamic and international environment (Wholesale Banking / Process Excellence & Digitalisation). You will play an active role in making initiatives, projects and events visible and engaging for employees.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating internal communication content (posts, articles, visuals)
  • Supporting the creation and editing of videos (from script to publication)
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to align on message, audience and timing
  • Managing and updating SharePoint pages
  • Supporting large internal events such as Digital Horizon and CI Week
  • Writing event summaries and follow-up communications
  • Publishing content on internal channels such as SharePoint and Viva Engage

How to succeed:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communication, Media, Marketing or a related field
  • You have excellent written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • You are proactive, creative and comfortable taking initiative
  • You work in a structured way and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, video editing software or SharePoint is an advantage, but not required
