As a Sales Operations Specialist at Nedap, you are the connecting link between international customers, Business Partners, and colleagues within the sales team. You are in direct contact with customers and partners, supporting them with questions related to orders, pricing, and deliveries, while ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time. At the same time, you make sure operational processes such as order processing and invoicing run smoothly on a daily basis, and you take initiative to make these processes smarter, more efficient, and less error-prone.

Within the Sales Operations team, you help ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. You work on both automated order processing and price management for hardware deliveries as well as SaaS solutions.

What are you going to do?

“At Nedap, freedom and flexibility are seen as an opportunity. It allows me to organize my work efficiently and gives me the freedom to take ownership of my projects. That’s why Nedap is such a great place for me to work!”

Adrian, Team Captain Sales Operations

Your responsibilities

Supporting our global partner network

You assist international Business Partners with questions regarding guidelines, pricing agreements, products, and order processing. You think proactively, respond quickly, and help them move forward. Credit control is also part of your responsibilities.

Owning SaaS operational processes

You take ownership of SaaS processes, from onboarding new customers correctly to ensuring smooth invoicing flows and everything in between.

An entrepreneurial mindset

At Nedap, there is plenty of room for initiative and ownership. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a healthy dose of perfectionism to manage projects successfully and deliver them on time. You enjoy working in a team and are motivated by achieving success together. You are expected to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership in implementing them. You are socially skilled, flexible, and positively critical — qualities highly valued as the team continuously strives to improve.

Your team

Sales Operations is the first point of contact for partners worldwide. The market is dynamic and fast-paced. The team’s solutions support the processes of some of the world’s largest retailers in both Fashion and Food, delivered through an extensive partner network. Together with the Sales team, Sales Operations helps Business Partners position themselves strongly in the market and also takes ownership of the successful implementation of international projects.

The Sales Operations team consists of five colleagues. Alongside daily responsibilities, each team member is also involved in various projects, such as Partner Management, improving the use of the partner portal, end-customer pricing management, and preparing export documentation.

To perform the role successfully, you will work closely with Supplier Operations and Technical Operations on a daily basis. For larger projects, such as the implementation of a new ERP system, the team also collaborates with Sales Operations colleagues across Nedap.

What's in it for you?

You will work in an energetic and international environment where you have the freedom to shape your work in a way that suits you. At Nedap, people make the difference. That’s why you are given the space to take ownership and continue developing yourself.

What you can expect:

  • A salary between €3,700 and €4,200 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek.
  • A thirteenth month, profit sharing and an attractive pension scheme.
  • The freedom to determine the work-life balance that suits you. Working hours, vacation days, and leave are not tracked; you are trusted to take responsibility for this yourself.
  • A role with a high level of autonomy and direct impact on international processes.
  • Plenty of room for personal growth and development. In addition to an extensive onboarding program, you will follow a personal development journey focused on unlocking your full potential.

Required skills

  • A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in a commercial or business-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong command of both Dutch and English.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
